Job Title: Business Development Manager
Full time, 37.5hour Permanent role
Location: Musgrave Marketplace Derry

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver budget sales and profit targets for the territory
- Manage and identify growth opportunities within existing customer base to grow profitable sales
- Develop new business within the territory using geo-mapping and cold calling techniques
- Manage customer margin targets in line with overall territory targets
- Identity competitor strengths and weaknesses and present plans to mitigate and explore opportunities
- Promote our one stop shop range offering
- Support commercial plan initiatives
- Support footfall drive within our MarketPlace branches
- Initiate and support events that will drive customer growth
- Protect the business by maintaining all accounts within Musgrave’s credit terms.
- Ensure excellent customer service through friendly, accurate field communication and good administration practices.
- Interpret sales reports to identify risks and opportunities and implement
- Maintain sales pipeline and report on success
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 + years’ experience in a proactive field based sales role
- Proven experience of growing sales and achieving targets within your industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
- Ability to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.
- Excellent planning, and organisational skills
- People person with the ability to network and build strong working relationships.
- Full clean driving licence
- Competent in MS Office to include excel and word.
Desirable
- Strong understanding of the Food and Beverage within the hospitality industry
