We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Wine & Spirits Supervisor to join our team in our Donnybrook store. #LI-DNI

As a Wine & Spirits Expert, you will be a confident, customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and sharing your knowledge with customers. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the department and store. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading your colleagues, ensuring high standards are maintained across the store. You will also be a designated key holder, with responsibility for opening and closing the store when required.

The successful candidate will need to have:

• You have to be minimum of 18 years old to qualify for this role
• Minimum 1 years  expierence within Wine/Spirits department is required for this role
• Previous retail experience in wine department will be an advantage
• WSET training is not neccessary but wiould be an advantage 
• Friendly, approchable & personable
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Strong desire to learn, develop and inspire other team members
• Demonstrate flexibility and be prepared to work retail hours
